Although The Inn Has A Full Time Management Team, The Facility Is Staffed And Operated By Students As Part Of Their Course Assignments. The 19 Room Hotel Houses A Restaurant, Bar And Small Meeting Room, And Features A Six Course Gourmet Meal On Friday Evenings, Prepared And Served By Nau Students Under The Direction Of Executive Chef Don Carlson.
