The Destin resort also has conference and meeting room facilities available for business or social functions. Each unit has separate living and sleeping areas, two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult. Between March 20 and April 8, the ratio for each reservation must be one parent, guardian or responsible adult per every two underage youths. After registering, parents and/or guardians must remain with all underage youths for the duration of the stay. Parents are expected to provide supervision for their children. During the spring break period of March 24 through April 21, special registration policies will be in effect. All youths under the age of 25 years will be issued colored wristbands at time of registration which must be worn throughout the stay.
